I didn't really know what to expect our first day out, but this has been fun!
High on my to-do list was reaching out to our favorite bloggers about all things web, movie, and search, like ReadWriteWeb and AltSearchEngines so that they would start to cover us. I should have known that the Internet wouldn't wait for me to get to my to-do list!
Some highlights from ReadWriteWeb are:"It's a very quick way to generate a list of suggested movies that are sure to please....
Using the service is a breeze...
it's actually pretty surprising how choosing different nanogenres changes the resulting list dramatically
OK, before I quote the whole entry, below are the links so you can read them yourself.ReadWriteWeb reviews Nanocrowd
AltSearchEngines describes Nanocrowd
Thanks to Phil Glockner, Charles Knight, and the world of blogging for coming to our door!

Congratulations! I'm having a great time with this.
There's a review on Ars Technica as well:

When someone searches for a movie that isn't listed in your database they are greeted with the following message...
"Please select a movie from the list that appears as you type in the search box.
If your movie isn’t in our current list, please let us know.
We’re adding new movies daily."
However, (a) there is no easy or obvious way to let you know and (b) it would be nice instead just to ask the user if the title is correct, in which case the title should automatically be triggered as an addition to the database.
p.s. The Madwoman of Chaillot isn't in your database.
