More Movies. Better Nanogenres.

We just released an update to our beta site.

We added 1000s of movies from new releases to your favorite classics. Our Nanogenres are even more fine-tuned to help you find new movies to watch. The Old/New Movie Remix lets you focus movie recommendations on movies before or after 1990.

Take a look at some of the new titles:

We improved our magical algorithms to create even better Nanogenres™ (and they still come directly from viewer comments). They're fun and insightful, and now they're even more focused. You can zoom in on the exact type of movie you're looking for:

creepy 1980's campy
enchanted wondrous whimsical
explosives high-octane cool

We've also added an Old/New Movie Remix link on every movie page. Once you pick a movie, we can remix the movie recommendations to show only old or new matches.

We're excited about the improvements to our site, and we think your results will be like nothing you've seen on other movie sites. All the features you see: the Movies Most Like lists, the Nanogenres, the Movie in a nutshell, and the Crowd Ratings are based on viewer comments, so you can trust that the recommendations capture what viewers think of the movie (not what we think).
